National Breakdown provides a full contact centre service for third party administrtion (TPA), Out of Hours (OOH) & First Notice of Loss (FNOL) purposes, with a proprietary system built specifically for call logging, data entry, call management and service dispatch.

We specialise in Roadside Rescue and Recovery, RTC (road traffic collision) with nationwide coverage and a dedicated network of agents. FNOL is a daily occurrence and our clients use our expertise to service their own clients.

We are open 24/7/365, operating our own bespoke call management technology and electronic dispatch system. Allowing our trained operators to capture information quickly and accurately, with all calls tracked, recorded and time stamped.

Monthly Bordereaux and management information is provided in many formats, such as .xls, .csv or pdf.
