COVID 19 - Notice to all customers
Our offices remain open with our staff based at home and able to provide uninterrupted service for customer contact.
Please note that the COVID-19 Pandemic may impact the service we are able to offer you in the event of you requiring assistance. This may mean that fewer operators are available to come to your assistance leading to longer waiting times, and that repairing garages are either closed or working to reduced hours.
Our European services are currently impacted by the COVID-19 Pandemic and our service levels may be reduced or unavailable due to restrictions in specific areas. You are advised to seek advice from National and Local authorities prior to undertaking any travel.
The French Government has introduced a new process for those entering the French territory. Each driver entering France from any other country must have the certificates available to present to border control authorities, and they must be able to show these to the French Police upon request.
The first certificate needs to be completed by the driver. The second form, the professional travel waiver certificate, must be filled in and signed by the employer (i.e. the driver’s manager).
It’s vital that drivers are fully aware of this requirement, as this will directly affect their cross-Channel journey from the UK to France.
