24 hour call handling

This 24 Hour service makes use of our specialist call centre staff using the clients’ own network of preferred suppliers.  This service is mainly used by companies who want more than just an answering service with operators who can work well under pressure and deal efficiently with transport related incidents including accidents, who may also have their own preferred supplier network.  We often ‘white label’ this service with dedicated phone lines and scripts for greeting customers.

We employ call handlers who understand this industry. Whether they were previously drivers, recovery operators, mechanics or police/ambulance/breakdown controllers - they are assessed on their ability to work under pressure in a professional manner and from a position of understanding of the specialist nature of your job.
